Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The competition is promoted by The Train Girl via the AMRA Expo held in Melbourne 12/09/2026 until 13/09/2026.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must make a purchase of $10 or more through The Train Girl during the competition period.
Each qualifying purchase will receive one entry into the competition. Only 1 entry per person.
Each person is responsible for their own entry via the QR code. By entering you give permission for The Train Girl to collect your name, telephone number and email address. These details will not be shared and you will not opt for marketing.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens upon commencement of the promotion and closes at 5:00 PM (AEST) on Sunday, 13 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. Prize
One eligible entrant will be randomly selected to win one Auscision N Class locomotive.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The exact locomotive/model awarded will be as advertised by The Train Girl.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the competition closing time.
The draw will take place after the competition closes - 14/09/2026.
6. Notification of Winner
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
The winner may also be announced on The Train Girl's social media channels or website.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, The Train Girl reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select another eligible entrant.
7. Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of The Train Girl and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
8. Entry Conditions
Purchases must be genuine and successfully completed to qualify.
Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent transactions will not be eligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
9. No Cash Alternative
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another product or any other alternative unless determined by The Train Girl at its sole discretion.
10. Privacy
By entering the competition, participants consent to The Train Girl using their provided contact details for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with The Train Girl's applicable privacy practices.
11. Promoter's Rights
The Train Girl reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or suspend the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Spend $20 online (excluding shipping) at www.thetraingirl.com.au and enter the draw to win an Auscision HO scale N Class Locomotive, valued at $350 RRP.

1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter is The Train Girl (“the
Promoter”), based in Australia.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. This promotion begins on 25/11/2025 and ends on 11:59PM
12/12/2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period are not
eligible.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Open to Australian residents only.
4. How to Enter
4.1. For every single transaction of $20 AUD or more
(excluding shipping) made at www.thetraingirl.com.au during the 25/11/2025 to
11:59PM 12/12/2025, the customer will receive one (1) automatic entry into the
draw.
4.2. Multiple entries are NOT permitted, one entry per
customer.
5. Prize
5.1. One (1) winner will receive one HO Scale N Class
Locomotive.
5.2. Prize value and product details may vary based on
stock availability.
5.3. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable
for cash.
6. Draw and Winner Notification
6.1. The winner will be drawn at random within 7 days of
the promotion ending.
6.2. The winner will be contacted via the email address
provided at checkout.
6.3. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the
Promoter may redraw and award the prize to another entrant.
7. Delivery of Prize
7.1. Prize will be shipped free within Australia.
7.2. Promoter is not responsible for delays or issues
caused by postal services or couriers.
8. General Conditions
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity
of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or acts in a
fraudulent manner.
8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or
cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8.3. By entering, participants agree to these Terms &
Conditions and to the use of their first name and state for the purpose of
announcing the winner publicly (if required).
9. Privacy
9.1. Personal information collected for this promotion will be handled in
accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used only for administration
of the competition unless otherwise agreed.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.
