– Win an HO scale N Class.

1.       Promoter

1.1. The promoter is The Train Girl (“the
Promoter”), based in Australia.

2.       Promotion Period

2.1.    This promotion begins on 25/11/2025 and ends on 11:59PM
12/12/2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period are not
eligible.

3.       Eligibility

3.1.    Open to Australian residents only.

4.       How to Enter

4.1.    For every single transaction of $20 AUD or more
(excluding shipping) made at www.thetraingirl.com.au during the 25/11/2025 to
11:59PM 12/12/2025, the customer will receive one (1) automatic entry into the
draw.

4.2.    Multiple entries are NOT permitted, one entry per
customer.

5.       Prize              

5.1.    One (1) winner will receive one HO Scale N Class
Locomotive.

5.2.    Prize value and product details may vary based on
stock availability.

5.3.    Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable
for cash.

6.       Draw and Winner Notification

6.1.    The winner will be drawn at random within 7 days of
the promotion ending.

6.2.    The winner will be contacted via the email address
provided at checkout.

6.3.    If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the
Promoter may redraw and award the prize to another entrant.

7.       Delivery of Prize

7.1.    Prize will be shipped free within Australia.

7.2.    Promoter is not responsible for delays or issues
caused by postal services or couriers.

8.       General Conditions

8.1.    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity
of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or acts in a
fraudulent manner.

8.2.    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or
cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

8.3.    By entering, participants agree to these Terms &
Conditions and to the use of their first name and state for the purpose of
announcing the winner publicly (if required).

9.       Privacy

9.1. Personal information collected for this promotion will be handled in
accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used only for administration
of the competition unless otherwise agreed.

10.   Legal Jurisdiction

This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.
